THE BASICS OF NATURAL SUPPLEMENTATION FOR TRAINING

BE ONE OF THE FIRST TO TRY THE SUPPLEMENTS OF “GO PRIMAL”!

We like to train, there is no doubt about it; actually, in a lot of cases we like it too much. We are exigent sport freaks practicing an exigent sport so, no matter if the topic bores us or not: soon or later we all have to learn about recovery supplementation.

Too much information on the Internet? Come to Fittest Freakest this Saturday March 30th! The Go Primal team lands at our store with all their natural supplementation products: free samples, 15% discount and all the explanations you can need. From 17 h to 20h.

In the meanwhile, here you have a selection of our favorite natural recovery supplements:

  1. Omega 3. The famous fatty acids everybody talks about. The main thing you need to know about Omega 3 is that it helps us to fight the inflammation derived from the muscular micro lesions caused during our training.
  2. Magnesium – Zinc – B6. The first is an essential mineral, the second is a micronutrient and the third is a key vitamin for protein absorption. All three are perfect for recovery and regeneration.
  3. Vitamin D3. One of the main responsible for the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, which helps to the bone strengthening and the immune system.
  4. BCAA’s. BCAA’s everywhere! Ok but, what exactly are the BCAA’s? They are essential amino acids: we like them because they favor the synthesis of proteins, that means easier muscle building.
  5. Protein: the big debate. Is it really necessary to take protein supplements to practice high intensity sports? The answer is no, it’s not necessary. However, if you pursue certain results or a certain rate of evolution, the intake of protein shakes can help you a lot, since it’s a protein that is processed much faster than the solid one.

Please, keep in mind that none of these products is miraculous. To be honest, we must inform you that, unfortunately, you won’t start to do PRs as soon as you start to supplement you. However, you are probably going to have much less soreness, less risk of injury, faster muscle recovery and you will be more efficient workout after workout (without truly noticing any of these invisible but real benefits).
